The Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited has an operation and maintenance agreement with West Nile Rural electrification Company Limited (WENRECO) in UEDCL – extended grid in West Nile concession area. The agreement provides for the supervision and monitoring of the network on behalf of the Government of Uganda (GoU).
Over the years UEDCL has undertaken its mandate and provided an oversight role in supervising the network in the West Nile concession area.
